Consecration Service of Church Of The Holy Spirit Pendising (31 January)
The new church in
Pendising, Segama was consecrated as the Church of the Holy
Spirit by Bishop Vun. The desire of the people in Pendising
to have a church was so strong that it moved one of the
members to clear part of his oil palm estate as a gift to
the Diocese. The land was subsequently leveled and the
members put together a make-shift tent to meet there every
Sunday. With the help of a grant from the Diocese and a
contribution from a Korean church based in Kuala Lumpur, the
church building is now completed and consecrated.

Phase two of the building
project will be to construct the office and evangelist’s
accommodation adjoining the church building. |
