Press Conference - Announcement of the New Bishop

Archdeacon Albert Vun has been appointed by the House of Bishops to be the fifth Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Sabah. The appointment was announced by Archbishop Datuk Yong Ping Chung. According to him, the consecration and installation of the new Bishop would be held at All Saints' Cathedral on St. Mark's Day, 25 April 2006.
